Kutcho Copper Receives Approval of Shareholder Rights Plan
VANCOUVER, December 6, 2018 - Kutcho Copper Corp. (OTC PINK: KCCFF) (TSX-V: KC) ("Kutcho Copper" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its news release of October 19, 2018, the Company's shareholders approved its shareholder rights plan at the Company's AGM held on November 15, 2018. The Company has now received TSX Venture Exchange approval of the shareholder rights plan, as required by TSXV policy. The shareholder rights plan was not adopted in response to any specific proposal to acquire control of the Company, nor is the board aware of any pending or threatened takeover bid for the Company.
