TORONTO, July 02, 2019 - SOPerior Fertilizer Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX:SOP) is pleased to report that shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of directors and the re-appointment of MNP LLP as Auditors at the 2019 Annual Meeting held on June 28th, 2019.
