StrikePoint Gold Inc. Announces Upsize of Its Previously Announced Private Placement to $2 Million
Vancouver, July 10, 2019 - StrikePoint Gold Inc. (TSXV: SKP) (OTCQB: STKXF) ("StrikePoint" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the company has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement (see news release dated June 24, 2019) to accommodate demand from existing shareholders. The offering has increased to $2-million, which consists of up to 6,875,000 flow through units at a price of 16 cents per unit and 8,200,000 non-flow through units at a price of 11 cents per share, with each unit comprising one share and one purchase warrant exercisable for a term of 36 months at a exercise price of 20 cents.

As disclosed on June 24, the company may pay finders' fees to eligible parties which have introduced subscribers to the placement. All securities issued in connection with the placement will be subject to a four month and on day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. Completion of the placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
