Monarca Minerals - Cease Trade Order Lifted
Toronto, May 14, 2020 - Monarca Minerals Inc. (TSXV: MMN) ("Monarca" or the "Company"), announces that the Cease Trade Order imposed by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on April 8, 2020 has been revoked and its common shares have resumed trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Cease Trade Order issued by the BCSC was lifted after the Company filed its annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and CEO and CFO certifications for the year ended November 30, 2019.
