Camino Closes Private Placement
Edmonton, July 14, 2020 - Camino Minerals Corp. (TSXV: COR) (OTCQB: CAMZF) (WKN: A116E1) ("Camino" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement offering (the "Offering") of 30,000,000 units (the "Units") at an offering price of $0.10 per Unit (see the Company's press release dated June 19, 2020), to raise gross proceeds of $3,000,000.
Each Unit consists of one (1) common share of the Company, and one-half (1/2) share purchase warrant (the "Warrants") to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.15 per share until July 14, 2022. Certain arm's length finders received cash fees of $24,850 in connection with the Offering.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to advance the Company's exploration and development strategy at its Los Chapitos Copper-Gold project in Peru, as well as to provide the Company with working capital for general and administrative expenses.
All securities issued will be subject to resale restrictions until November 14, 2020.
