Black Mountain Gold USA Corp. To Extend Term of Warrants
Vancouver, November 9, 2022 - Black Mountain Gold USA Corp. (TSXV: BMG) ("BMG" or the "Company"). The Company wishes to announce that it intends to make an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term (the "Term") of its 6,250,000 warrants originally issued on February 12, 2021 (the "Warrants") from the current expiry date of February 12, 2023 to August 12, 2023.
None of the Warrants have been exercised in the last six months and none of the Warrants were issued to an agent, broker or finder in consideration of services to the Company.
The extension of the Warrants' Term is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
