Effective August 24, 2023, Mr. David Hodge, the Chief Executive Officer & Director of Eagle Bay Resources, has resigned from his roles in the Company. Mr. Hodge's visionary leadership and strategic acumen have been instrumental in guiding the company. The company extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Hodge for his unwavering commitment and wishes him success in his future endeavors. Additionally, effective August 24, 2023, Mr. Michael Schuss has resigned from his position as Director of the Company. Eagle Bay acknowledges Mr. Schuss's significant contributions and dedication during his tenure.
