Salazar Resources Announces Private Placement of up to $1.5 Million

Vancouver, March 28, 2024 - Salazar Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SRL) (OTCQX: SRLZF) (FSE: CCG) ("Salazar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") for the sale of up to 30,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") of the Company at a price of C$0.05 per Share to raise gross proceeds of up to C$1,500,000. Insider participation is anticipated in the amount of up to C$325,000 of the Private Placement. Finder's fees may be payable on a portion of the Private Placement and net proceeds will be used for working capital and exploration.

All securities to be issued in the Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold period and to all necessary regulatory approvals, including the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
