Vancouver, May 3, 2024 – Carmanah Minerals Corp. (CSE: CARM) (“Carmanah” or the “Company”) announces that Jordan Smith has resigned as a director of the Company effective April 23, 2024. Carmanah would like to thank Mr. Smith for his contributions to the Company and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
