EV Minerals Announces Private Placement

Toronto, June 7, 2024 - EV Minerals Corp. (CSE: EVM) (FSE: RLC) (the "Company" or "EV Minerals") is pleased to announce it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $1,300,000 through the issuance of up to 50,000,000 common shares (each, a "Common Share") in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.026 per Common Share (the "Offering"). Gross proceeds raised from the Offering will be used for corporate strategy, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Closing of the Offering is subject to receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including the approval of Canadian Securities Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance and the resale rules of applicable securities legislation.
