Fortunate Sun Mining Company teilte gestern mit, dass das Unternehmen eine Aktienkonsolidierung auf der Basis 8:1 plant. Dementsprechend würde sich die Anzahl der ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Aktien Fortunates von derzeit 24.977.500 auf 3.122.188 verringern. Die Konsolidierung bedarf nun der Zustimmung durch die TSX Venture Exchange.
