Blue Sky Uranium und Windstorm Resources gaben gestern bekannt, dass die geplante Transaktion erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Gemäß Vereinbarung kaufte Blue Sky alle ausstehenden Stammaktien von Windstorm. Die Aktionäre erhielten pro Windstorm-Stammaktie 0,38868 einer Stammaktie von Blue Sky.
