Perth Mint's New Coin Press Delivered Through The Roof!

Spectacular footage of a 1,000 tonne coin press being delivered at The Perth Mint, Australia.

The huge piece of equipment was craned high into the sky and down to the factory-floor through a temporary opening in the roof.

The new coin press provides extra production capacity for the Mint's large silver coins, particularly the popular 1 kilo Australian Kookaburra, Koala and Lunar releases.
