Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Shares
CLEVELAND, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common shares of $0.625 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Aug. 31, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 15, 2012.
