BRADENTON, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 07/30/12 -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI) and GoldLand Holdings Co. (OTCBB: GHDC) will be having their respective annual 2011-2012 shareholders' meetings, at Silver Falcon Mining, Inc.'s Diamond Creek Mill Facility, 14877 Silver City Road, Murphy, Idaho 83650.
GoldLand Holdings Co.'s meeting will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, September 20, 2012.
Silver Falcon Mining, Inc.'s meeting will be held at 1:00PM, Friday, September 21, 2012.
Both Companies welcome all of their shareholders to attend. Please remember that only shareholders of record as of July 27, 2012 will be allowed to attend these scheduled annual meetings. Proof of ownership will be necessary at the time of the meeting to attend.

Hotel reservations should be made by 08/20/2012. This is the cut-off date. After this date any un-reserved rooms will be released and those reservations will be taken based upon availability.
On Thursday, September 20, 2012, GHDC will provide transportation to its shareholders meeting. The pick-up will be 11:30 AM MT at "Hotel 43."
On Friday, September 21, 2012, SFMI will provide transportation to its shareholder meeting. The pick-up time will be 11:30AM MT at "Hotel 43."
Regardless of your hotel choice and/or if you are local shareholders, seat reservations will be required for transportation.
