Diamond Frank Inc. Awaits Analysis Results of its Drilling Campaign on the Commandant Project and Announces the Appointment of a New Director

LAVAL, 08/07/12 - Diamond Frank Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DOD) announces that Diamond Frank's team is currently awaiting analysis results from the drilling campaign carried out on the Commandant Project.

Diamond Frank Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Claude Lavoie as a new member of the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Lavoie is a soldier by profession, working for the Government of Canada since 1983, and has completed several mandates abroad in Europe, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Africa and Afghanistan. After being promoted at different positions in Valcartier and St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, he recently returned to Quebec as a Project Manager for the Construction Engineering division. He is very involved in Quebec broadcasting and was part of a weekly program featuring hot topics. In November, the Governor-General of Canada will honor Mr. Lavoie with the Order of Military Merit, which recognizes outstanding service in the line of duty, in the Armed Forces. He was also the recipient of two medals awarded by the U.S. Army, for distinguished service.

His leadership qualities and his knowledge of the communication field make Mr. Lavoie an asset to Diamond Frank Exploration Inc.
