Micron Enviro Systems Reconfirms Shareholder of Record Effective Date

NEW YORK, Dec 28, 2012 - Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MSVS), an emerging mining company, and Britannia Mining Plc, a UK based mining development company, are issuing a reminder that today, Friday, December 28th, 2012, is the effective date for all registered shareholders. This meaning, every registered certificate shareholder, as well as every shareholder listed on the company's NOBO (Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners) as of the close of business today, will have the ability to participate in the ratification process by way of the shareholder vote.
The complete voting process and instruction will be noted within the Notice of Special Meetings; forwarded by mail to shareholders of record as of today. The mailer will include 1. Plan of Merger, 2. Voting Instructions and 3. Proxy Voting Statement. Information, as well as the voting time and the New York City location in which the actual vote will transpire.
The ETA of the shareholder vote at present continues to be set to take place on January 31st, 2013.
