January 3, 2013 Vancouver, British Columbia: QMC Quantum Minerals Corp., (TSX.v:QMC.V - News) (FSE:3LQ.F - News) (OTC PINK: QMCQF) ("QMC" or "the Company") today announces that Ian Laurent has resigned as a director of the Company effective December 31, 2012.
