Klondike Gold Corp. Announces Private Placement
Klondike Gold Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV: KG) is pleased to announce it is arranging for a private placement of up to 10 million units, for total proceeds of up to $500,000. The financing will consist of flow through and non-flow through units priced at $0.06 and $0.05 per unit respectively. Each of the units will consist of one flow-through or non-flow-through common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each full warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one common share for three years at a price of $0.12 per share. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval. Proceeds will be used for exploration expenditures on the Company’s Yukon, British Columbia, and Portugal properties and general working capital.
