Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, September 27, 2013 /FSC/ - Peruvian Precious Metals Corp. (PPX - TSX Venture), (the "Company"), announces that, further to its news release dated August 29, 2013, the Company has closed its brokered private placement previously announced on August 2, 2013.  No additional tranches of the brokered private placement were completed.
