Oracle Mining Announces AGM Results
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jul 15, 2014) - Oracle Mining Corp. ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX:OMN)(FRANKFURT:OMC) announces that all items put forward by the Board of Directors and management were approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver earlier today.
The six director nominees listed in the management information circular dated June 11, 2014 were elected as directors, with the voting tabulated as below:
