Canarc Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jul 17, 2014) - Canarc Resource Corp. (TSX:CCM)(OTCBB:CRCUF)(DBFrankfurt:CAN) announces that it has granted 4,050,000 stock options to its staff and directors with an exercise price of $0.10 and a term of 5 years and which are subject to vesting provisions whereby 20% vest on grant date and 20% vest every six months thereafter.
