Devinder Randhawa and Brian Lueck have been appointed to the Board, effective immediately and will stand for election at the Corporation's next annual general shareholders meeting. Mr. Randhawa has also been appointed as President of the Corporation. Please refer to the Corporation's press release dated May 1, 2014 for a description of the respective backgrounds of Mr. Randhawa and Mr. Lueck. With the recent changes, Darryl Cardey and Paul Reynolds have resigned from the Board and Mr. Cardey has also stepped down as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporation.
