Tombstone Exploration Corporation Announces Appointment to Board of Directors

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Aug 28, 2014) - Tombstone Exploration Corp. (OTCQB: TMBXF) (BERLIN: UDNA) announced today that Mr. Barry N. Klein has been appointed to the TMBXF Board of Directors and will serve as General Counsel to the Company.

Mr. Klein, a senior executive officer and legal professional, has a comprehensive background in finance, management, operations and business development. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctor and LLB from the University of Maryland Law School. Mr. Klein is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Maryland, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Judicature Society. Over the past ten years, he has been consulting for a private investor relations firm. During his employment, he assisted in arranging financing for NASDAQ and AMEX listed companies, including debt and asset-based financing. He also acts as a legal advisor regarding operations, investment banking, Federal securities matters and transactional law. Mr. Klein's experience spans various business sectors, including, oil & gas, high technology, real estate, heavy industry and homeland security.

Tombstone Exploration Corp. is an exploration and development company located within the historic Tombstone Mining District, Cochise County, Arizona. Detailed geophysical studies of the Tombstone Mining District shows the presence of a wide assortment of minerals including gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, manganese, tellurium, molybdenum and vanadium. In addition, the company is planning to expand Zebra's gold resource which, so far, has been found on a small part of the property, leaving considerable acreage to be explored. Hence, an active drill program could easily expand known reserves to an exceptional gold, silver copper resource, easily accessible and mineable.
