STOCKHOLM -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Regulatory News: Due to the recent rights issue in Endomines AB (STO:ENDO) (HEX:ENDOM) the number of shares and votes at 30th of December 2014 have increased to 262,156,875. The share capital in Endomines AB amounts to 262,156,875 SEK. The quota value is 1.00 SEK/share.The number of shares has increased by 174,771,250 following the rights issue of units based on a Board resolution on 29th of September 2014, approved by the EGM on the 30th of October 2014 and registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Euroclear Sweden AB in December 2014.

Endomines conducts exploration and mining business along the 40 kilometer long Karelian Gold Line. Through various regulatory approvals, Endomines controls the exploration rights to this entire area.
The Company’s first mine, Pampalo, started in February 2011. During 2014 Endomines initiated the production of ore from the mine in Rämepuro and is now planning to start mining of the gold deposit in Hosko.
