Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia (FSCwire) - Glenn Holmes of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia has acquired ownership and control of an aggregate of 450,000 common shares of NSX Silver Inc. (NSY:TSXV) (“NSX Silver”) representing 9.8% of the 4,592,957 issued and outstanding common shares of NSX Silver. The 450,000 common shares were acquired at a price per share of $0.035.
Immediately after the acquisition, Mr. Holmes owns and controls 527,600 common shares of NSX Silver, representing 11.5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of NSX Silver, and does not own or control any common share purchase warrants or stock options of NSX Silver.
Mr. Holmes acquired the common shares of NSX Silver for investment purposes, and may from time to time acquire ownership of, or control or direction over, additional securities of NSX Silver for investment purposes. Mr. Holmes is Chief Financial Officer and a director of NSX Silver.
