Murchison Appoints New President and CEO
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Murchison Minerals Ltd. (CSE – MUR) (“Murchison” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kent Pearson as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately. He has also been appointed as a director of Murchison Minerals.
Kent Pearson is a professional geologist with more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry and in the capital markets sector. His mining experience spans from grassroots exploration through to production. In the capital markets sector, his background includes equity and debt research experience as well as executive roles in investment banking in the resources sector.
Jean-Charles Potvin will continue with the Company in the role of Executive Chairman.
