June 27, 2016 - Everest Ventures Inc. ("Everest" or the "Company") (TSXV - EET) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") of 381,500 Units (the "Units") at a price of $0.50 per unit for a gross proceeds of $190,750. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Share at a price of $0.50 for a period expiring five years from the date of issuance. The securities issued in the Financing are subject to a restricted period which expires on October 28, 2016. Proceeds from the financing are intended to be used for general working capital purposes.
