Yellowhead Mining Inc.: Reports Annual General Meeting Results
VANCOUVER, June 29, 2016 - Yellowhead Mining Inc. ("Yellowhead" or the "Company") (TSX: YMI), in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, announced the voting results for the election of directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in Calgary, Alberta. A total of 73,724,505 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 59.57 % of the votes attached to all issued and outstanding common shares. The director nominees as listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 10, 2016 were elected as Directors of Yellowhead at the meeting as follows:
