American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:AMK) (“the Corporation”) today announced that it intends to extend the exercise term of warrants to purchase an aggregate of 8,200,000 common shares of the Corporation by one year. The warrants were originally granted in three separate private placements with exercise prices ranging from $0.08 to $0.10 and are currently exercisable on March 7, 2018, March 17, 2018 or April 12, 2018. As part of the extension, each warrant will now be exercisable for one additional year from their original expiry date. The exercise terms of these warrants will remain unchanged.
The proposed warrant exercise term extension is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
