Stellar AfricaGold - Shares For Debt Settlement

Vancouver, Feb. 23, 2018 - John Cumming, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stellar AfricaGold Inc., (TSX-V: SPX) ("Stellar" or the "Company") announces shares for debt settlement pursuant to which Stellar issue 140,000 common shares at a deemed price of $ 0.05 per share to debentureholders to settle $ 7,000 in interest due as of September 22, 2017 being interest owed on an outatnding balance of $140,000 of convertible debentures which closed on September 22, 2016. The debenture bears interest at the rate of 10% per annum, payable semi-annually in cash or shares. The share for debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
