Smith, CEO and Executive Chairman of NioCorp, is scheduled to appear on the Fox Business Network ("FBN") at approximately 3 p.m. Eastern to discuss the Biden Administration's expected critical minerals initiative and NioCorp's plans, once sufficient funding is obtained, to produce at its Elk Creek Superalloy Materials Project several critical minerals for which the U.S. is 100% dependent on foreign producers.
