Bell Copper Extends Term of Share Purchase Warrants
Vancouver, August 9, 2021 - Bell Copper Corp. (TSXV: BCU) ("Bell Copper" or the "Company") announces that it proposes to extend the expiry date of the following share purchase warrants by one year:
- Warrants to purchase up to 5,687,390 common shares exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share until September 16, 2021 issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed September 16, 2020.
If accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), the Company will extend the expiry date of the 5,687,390 share purchase warrants to September 16, 2022.
The application to amend the warrants is subject to the Exchange's acceptance, and the Company makes no assurances that the required acceptance for the extension of the term of the warrants will be granted.
