Solaris Files Final Short Form Prospectus in connection with Common Share Bought Deal Offering
VANCOUVER, June 03, 2024 - Solaris Resources Inc. (TSX: SLS; NYSE: SLSR) ("Solaris" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, in connection with its previously announced bought deal offering, it has filed a final short form prospectus dated June 3, 2024 (the "Final Prospectus") to qualify the distribution of 7,150,000 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of $4.90 per Common Share (the "Offering Price") and an additional 1,072,500 Common Shares at the Offering Price pursuant to an over-allotment option (the "Offering").
The Offering is expected to close on or about June 10, 2024, and is subject to regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange and the NYSE American LLC.
