Northland Presents the Annual Report of 2011
LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG -- (Marketwire) -- 04/26/12 -- Northland Resources S.A. (TSX: NAU)(FRANKFURT: NPK)(OSLO: NAUR) ("Northland" or the "Company") will release the Annual Report of 2011 on Thursday April 26, 2012.

In his Letter from the Chairman, Anders Hvide states that "Throughout 2011, we witnessed a series of successes at our Kaunisvaara project in Pajala, northern Sweden. In record time, about a hundred people completed the necessary infrastructure and prepared for the start-up of production in late 2012. What was considered to be almost impossible a few years ago has now become a model for other large-scale industrial projects."

Northland is a development-stage mining company with a portfolio of iron ore projects in northern Sweden and Finland. The Company's Kaunisvaara Project will exploit two magnetite iron ore deposits in Sweden. The process is expected to yield a high-grade, high-quality magnetite iron concentrate.
