Argonaut Exploration Inc. Announces AGM Results

CALGARY, 05/16/13 - Argonaut Exploration Inc. ("Argonaut" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AGA) announces that its annual and special meeting of shareholders was held on May 10, 2013 and that all resolutions presented for consideration were approved by the shareholders, including the re-election of the following individuals as directors of the Corporation: Ray Cook, Guillermo Salazar, Dale Vitone and Oleh Wowkodaw, the appointment of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditors of the Company and re-approval of the stock option plan of the Company.
