Metals Creek Resources Corp. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Toronto, Ontario - July 17, 2013 - Metals Creek
Resources Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSXV: "MEK")
is pleased to announce that it successfully held its Annual General
and Special Meeting of Shareholders on July 16, 2013 (the
"Meeting"). At the Meeting, the election of Alexander
Stares, Michael Stares, Nick Tsimidis, Wayne Reid, Patrick Mohan,
Malvin Spooner, and Lorne Woods as directors of the Corporation was
approved by an overwhelming majority of shareholders who voted. All
other matters presented to shareholders for approval were successfully
passed at the Meeting.
