Noram Ventures Strengthens Board of Directors

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, October 15, 2013 /FSC/ - Noram Ventures Inc. (NRM - TSX Venture), ("Noram" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Reginald Low to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Low has over 40 years experience in finance ranging from security sales to regional vice president of a Canadian trust company. He formed Frontier Ventures Inc. in 1979 which has been active as a partner in a commercial real estate company, and in real estate development, mortgage lending, raising venture capital, and leasing equipment for the airline and rail industries. In conjunction with the appointment, the Company has granted to Mr. Low 200,000 incentive stock options that may be exercised at the price of $0.20 until October 15, 2018. Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from date of grant. The grant is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
