GATINEAU, Oct 28, 2013 - Nouveau Monde Mining Enterprises Inc. ("Nouveau Monde" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NOU) announces the resignation of Mr. Alain Lambert as a director of the Company as a result of increased time demand related to Mr. Lambert other business ventures, including his work as the Chairman of Team Novo Nordisk. Team Novo Nordisk is a partnership between Novo Nordisk, a Danish pharmaceutical company and Team Type 1, an Atlanta based sports organization and is the world's first all-diabetic professional cycling team and over 100 diabetic triathletes, runners, a competitive women's team and elite cyclists, racing across the globe to change diabetes and show the world what can be achieved when you take ownership of diabetes.
