TORONTO, Feb 12, 2014) - Eskay Mining Corp. ("Eskay" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ESK) wishes to announce that an aggregate of 3,000,000 options to purchase common shares of Eskay at $0.05 per share for five years have been granted to three (3) directors of Eskay.
The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
