True Gold Files Technical Report and Updated Resource Estimate for Karma Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 29, 2014) - True Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed an updated technical report and resource estimate (the "Technical Report"), dated effective March 13, 2014 for the Company's Karma Project in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Technical Report was updated to reflect the previously announced initial Inferred resource estimate for North Kao (see news release dated March 13, 2014).

The Technical Report has been prepared in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101 and is authored by independent Qualified Persons.
