VANCOUVER, Aug. 24, 2018 - Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. (TSXV:GQ) (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received $3,000,000 following the exercise of 5,000,000 warrants by a director at a price of $0.60 per share.
On completion of this transaction, directors, officers and senior management will hold approximately 9.4 million shares or 16% of the outstanding shares of Great Quest and $3M of convertible debentures.
