LithiumOre Update on Battery Metals Extraction Division

20.12.2018  |  Accesswire

INCLINE VILLAGE, December 20,2018 - LithiumOre (http://lithiumore.net) (the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oroplata Resources Inc. (OTCQB: ORRP), alithium resource exploration and development company, is pleased toprovide the following update on its Battery Metals ExtractionDivision.

Recently appointed to LithiumOre's Advisory Board, Dr. Krishna Sharma has made steady progress within the company's new Battery Metals Extraction Division. Dr. Sharma is focused on locating the most advanced and cost-effective lithium extraction technology in the world.

Dr. Sharma co-founded Sea2K, a research and development company that develops metal extraction and purification technologies from industrial waste water and effluents. Sea2K developed an extraction technology to recover potassium carbonate from seawater and distillery plants. Previously, Dr. Sharma spent five years at Simbol Materials as their Lead Scientist, designing and developing various extraction processes for the recovery of lithium, manganese, zinc and potassium from geothermal brines.

Our Battery Metals Extraction Division will be located in Nevada.

LithiumOre holds 1,300 accepted lithium mineral claims, totaling 26,000 acres, located in Railroad Valley of Nye County, Nevada. Railroad Valley is approximately 112 miles northeast of Clayton Valley and can be accessed by paved highway directly from U.S. Route 6. Railroad Valley is one of Nevada's largest trapped basins (twice the size of Clayton Valley) and is noted to hold all the necessary commercial and engineering prerequisites for a massive lithium brine extraction and development project. The Company's claims have been evaluated by experts and the Bureau of Land Management and are in planned on-site exploration.
