Bluestone Resources Inc. Drills 1,380 g/t Gold (44 oz/t) and 2,194 g/t Silver over 1.2 meters
Vancouver, November 19, 2020 - Bluestone Resources Inc. (TSXV: BSR) (OTCQB: BBSRF) ("Bluestone" or the "Company") is pleased to report additional high grade drill assays received from the ongoing drill program in the South Zone of the Cerro Blanco gold project (the "Project"). Five drill rigs are operational both in the underground workings and on surface. These results continue to confirm the continuity and high grade of the epithermal vein style mineralization, including several bonanza grade intercepts and the highest-ever gold assay received in the Project's history of 1,380 g/t Au over 1.2 meters, which exceeds the previous highest assay of 674.8 g/t Au and 2,863 g/t Ag over 1.3 meters published in last week's news release (see release dated November 10, 2020).
Results from three underground and two surface holes are reported in this press release. Highlights include the following uncapped intercepts representing true widths of the veins.
Underground holes
- 1.7 meters grading 16.2 g/t Au and 96 g/t Ag (UGCB20-180)
- 4.1 meters grading 334.7 g/t Au and 538.8 g/t Ag including 1.0 meter grading 1,380 g/t Au and 2,194 g/t Ag (UGCB20-180)
- 2.1 meters grading 23.0 g/t Au and 38.5 g/t Ag (UGCB20-181)
- 1.1 meters grading 150.5 g/t Au and 62.8 g/t Ag (UGCB20-181)

Of note is that this latest highest-grade intercept of 1,380 g/t gold in UGCB20-180 represents a different vein and zone of the deposit to the 675 g/t Au assay announced just last week. Both intercepts are separated by an elevation difference of approximately 160 meters and demonstrates the distribution of bonanza grades at all levels throughout the deposit. Assays from holes UGCB20-180 and UGCB20-181 are helping define an exceptionally high-grade south-plunging shoot within the principal feeder vein VS_01 that is at least 60 meters wide."

The focus of the drill program is to improve the definition of key veins in parallel to expanding the high-grade mineralization for known veins outside of the current resource envelope. The work is expected to build on the infill drill program completed in the North Zone of the deposit in 2019 which resulted in an updated Mineral Resource estimate of 1.41 million ounces of gold averaging 10.3 g/t in Measured and Indicated categories (see Technical Report dated January 29, 2019 and updated in the press release dated November 6, 2019).

Drill hole Summary
Drill holes UGCB20-180 and UGCB20-181 are infill holes drilled at steep angles (71 and 86 degrees respectively) from the underground workings with the main objective to better define and confirm a high grade southerly plunging shoot within the principal feeder vein VS_01 and better define its relationship with its sub-parallel splay VS_21.
Both holes successfully intercepted their targets with exceptional gold grades exceeding previous results. Results included 4.1 meters grading 334.7 g/t Au and 518 g/t Ag (including 1.0 meter grading 1,380 g/t Au and 2,194 g/t Ag) in UGCB20-180, and 5.1 meters grading 75.7 g/t Au and 32.8 g/t Ag (including 1.4 meters grading 152.7 g/t Au and 124 g/t Ag) in UGCB20-181.
Of note were five steeply dipping veins drilled in both holes that represent new veins outside of the current resource model and show potential to generate additional ounces by further drilling and definition. Best intercept averaged 23 g/t Au and 38.5 g/t Ag over 2.1 meters true width (UGCB20-181 from 99 meters).
Hole UGCB20-182 successfully confirmed the down-dip grades of veins VS_06 to VS_16 with a best grade of 17 g/t Au and 72 g/t Ag over 3.2 meters true width (VS_16).
Drill hole UGCB20-428 was drilled specifically to test for high grade extensions of VS_06 and hanging wall sub-vertical veins. The hole was successful with 98.1 g/t drilled over 1 meter.
Drill hole UGCB20-430 was drilled to confirm veins VS_05 to 08 and the footwall vein VS_01. A zone that assayed 34.6 g/t was drilled over 9 meters representing converging zone that includes 1.5 meters grading 144 g/t Au pertaining to VS_08.
Precious metal mineralization at Cerro Blanco is associated with classic low sulphidation quartz-adularia epithermal veins and vein swarms hosted in altered sequence of volcanoclastic and sedimentary rocks. Higher grades (>20 g/t Au and >60 g/t Ag) are associated with visible gold, electrum, and silver sulphides in ginguro-style colloform-banded veins.
Quality Analysis and Quality Control
Assay results listed within this release were performed by Inspectorate Laboratories ("Inspectorate"), a division of Bureau Veritas, which are ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. Logging and sampling are undertaken on site at Cerro Blanco by Company personnel under a QA/QC protocol developed by Bluestone. Samples are transported in security-sealed bags to Inspectorate Labs in Managua, Nicaragua for sample preparation. Sample pulps are then shipped to Inspectorate Laboratories in Reno, NV, USA, and assayed using industry-standard assay techniques for gold and silver. Gold and silver were analyzed by a 30-gram charge with atomic absorption and/or gravimetric finish for values exceeding 5 g/t Au and 100 g/t Ag. Analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the analysis of reagent blanks, reference material, and replicate samples. Quality control is further assured by Bluestone's QA/QC program, which involves the insertion of blind certified reference materials (standards) and field duplicates into the sample stream to independently assess analytical precision and accuracy of each batch of samples as they are received from the laboratory. A selection of samples is submitted to ALS Chemex Laboratories in Vancouver for check analysis and additional quality control.

All-in sustaining costs
The Company believes that all-in sustaining costs ("AISC") more fully defines the total costs associated with producing gold.
The Company calculates AISC as the sum of refining costs, third party royalties, site operating costs, sustaining capital costs and closure capital costs all divided by the gold ounces sold to arrive at a per ounce amount. Other companies may calculate this measure differently as a result of differences in underlying principles and policies applied. Differences may also arise due to a different definition of sustaining versus non-sustaining capital.

AISC and costs are calculated based on the definitions published by the World Gold Council ("WGC") (a market development organization for the gold industry comprised of and funded by 18 gold mining companies from around the world). The WGC is not a regulatory organization.
