Westminster Resources to Become Solis Minerals on July 21
Vancouver, July 19, 2021 - Westminster Resources Ltd. (TSXV: WMR) ("Westminster" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that it will begin trading under the name Solis Minerals Ltd starting Wednesday July 21, 2021, under the symbol SLMN, as originally disclosed in the Company's June 3, 2021 news release. The Company will assume a new CUSIP number 83423L108 and a new ISIN number CA83423L1085.
Effective as of the market open on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new stock symbol SLMN. There is no change in the capitalization structure of the Company.
The Company's new website will be www.solisminerals.com.
