Angel Gold Corp. Announces 43-101 Technical Report Preparation

Angel Gold Corp. (TSX.V: ANG) (“Angel Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Atacama Water Consultants of Santiago, Chile, for the preparation of a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on the Amanecer Lithium Project, located in Salta Province, Argentina. The Technical Report will be submitted to the TSX Venture Exchange pursuant to the fundamental acquisition announced May 4, 2022.
Atacama Water Consultants are providing Mr. Frits Reidel, CPG as the acting Qualified Person. Mr. Reidel has more than 30 years of experience working on water and infrastructure related projects for the mining industry in North and South America. As a hydrological consultant, he has worked on numerous salars including Olaroz (Orocobre Ltda.), Cauchari (Lithium Americas Corp. and Advantage Lithium), Centenario (Eramet), Diablillos (Tibet Summit Resources), and Maricunga (Lithium Power Int.). Mr. Reidel has recently completed a site visit to the project area and conducted a sample program.
The 2,500-hectare Amanecer Lithium Project is strategically located on the Pocitos Salar, in Salta Province, Argentina. The area has been the subject of previous exploration. The Company intends to evaluate the potential of the project to support new lithium extraction technology being developed by Eon Minerals Inc., a technology company with a laboratory in Salta, Argentina. As part of the Amanecer Lithium Project acquisition transaction announced May 2, 2022, the Company plans to fund the construction of a pilot plant using the Eon Minerals LLC, patent pending Direct Lithium Extraction absorbent technology.
