Alpha Exploration Inc. Increases Private Placement

Vancouver, Dec. 17, 2013 - Alpha Exploration Inc. (TSXV: AEX) ("AEX" or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the private placement of Flow-Through Units and Non-Flow-Through Units that was disclosed in a news release issued earlier today has been increased by $500,000 due to significant demand for the securities. Under the revised private placement the Company will issue up to: (i) 5,833,333 Flow-Through Units; and (ii) up to 6,250,000 Non-Flow-Through Units (the “Offering”). If fully subscribed, the gross proceeds of the Offering will be $3,000,000. In all other respects the Offering is unchanged.About Alpha Exploration Inc.
