Vista Gold Corp. Announces the Results of its 2015 Meeting of Shareholders
DENVER, Aug. 6, 2015 /CNW/ -- Vista Gold Corp. (TSX & NYSE MKT: VGZ) ("Vista" or the "Company" or the "Corporation") held its 2015 annual general meeting and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") in Vancouver, British Columbia on May 6, 2015. At the Meeting, all nominees listed in the management information and proxy circular for the Meeting were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the vote by ballot are as follows:
