HONG KONG and CALGARY, Jul 27, 2016 - The board of directors (the "Board") of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (The "Company") (HKEX:2012) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 10:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, August 12, 2016), for the purpose of, approving the interim results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three and six month period ended June 30, 2016 and their publications.
As at the date of this announcement, the Board consists of Mr. Kwok Ping Sun, Mr. Hong Luo, Dr. Qi Jiang and Mr. Qiping Men as executive directors; Mr. Michael John Hibberd, Mr. Jianzhong Chen and Ms. Xijuan Jiang as non-executive directors; and Mr. Raymond Shengti Fong, Mr. Gerald Franklin Stevenson, Ms. Joanne Yan and Mr. Yi He as independent non-executive directors.
