(HKSE:2012) (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2017 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 10:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, May 12, 2017), for the purposes of, approving the first quarter results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended March 31, 2017 and their publication.
